Cullen Moody

Cullen Moody has worked in property claims for over 12 years, with experience in both field adjusting and claims management. He started out in the field handling residential, commercial, and specialty claims, which gave him a strong foundation in estimating and coverage analysis.

He later moved into a claims management role where he oversaw specialty claims and worked closely with adjusters on more complex losses. That experience gave him a broader view of the process from start to finish and a better understanding of what it takes to keep things consistent and moving in the right direction.

Cullen went on to co-found DeltaCore Claims Adjusting with his father, bringing together his field experience and management background into a more hands-on role. His work today reflects a mix of practical knowledge, sound judgment, and a focus on keeping things clear and efficient for everyone involved.

Dennis Moody

Dennis Moody has been working in property claims for over 28 years, bringing a deep well of experience across both residential and commercial losses. Over the course of his career as an independent adjuster, he has worked with a variety of carriers including Farmers Mutual, Chubb, Louisiana Citizens, Texas Select, Texas Municipal League, Church Mutual, and more, handling everything from daily claims to large loss assignments.

His commercial experience spans a wide range of complex environments, including manufacturing, data processing, hospitals, hazardous and chemical materials, and business interruption. He has also handled high severity and sensitive losses where experience, consistency, and sound judgment are critical.

In addition to his field work, Dennis has spent time working in appraisals and training, helping develop other adjusters and share practical knowledge gained over decades in the industry. His approach is steady and straightforward, with a focus on doing the work thoroughly and handling claims in a way that makes sense for everyone involved.
